All sales of cybersecurity software and license keys are final upon delivery. We do not offer order cancellations once the software has been delivered.

If you have placed an order in error and it has not yet been processed or delivered, please contact our support team immediately at care@myplanetguard.com. We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order prior to delivery, but cannot guarantee cancellation.

For subscription-based services, you may cancel future renewals at any time by contacting our support team before your next billing cycle. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current subscription term with 60 days prior intimation.
